  Step 1  

The Kinesiological Screening

A series of biomechanical assessments covering movement, posture and joint functionality combined with an in-depth review of your training, injury and medical history, and identification of your future goals.

  Step 2  

The Programme

Development of a bespoke training programme designed using the results from Step One, including regular re-testing and programme refinement to ensure we stay on track with your goals.

I provide individualised, evidence-based training using assessment tools and monitoring systems from elite sports performance.  Through tailored volume prescriptions, and daily recovery and readiness tracking, my approach ensures you build sustainable strength and mobility, maximising efficiency while minimising injury risk.  Every training decision is backed by sports science, adapted to your recovery capacity, and respectful of your demanding lifestyle.

About Me

Having played rugby at a high level growing up, I spent more time in the physio room and on the operating table than on the pitch.  After being released by Gloucester Rugby, I studied Sport & Exercise Science at Loughborough University, but took a different path after graduating, going into the business of sport.  Training and sports science remained my passion in the background, and after spending 15 years on the business side I decided to put this passion into practice, using my experience to help others achieve their fitness and movement goals.
